Within a very beautiful and heartfully renovated 17th century mansion we offer three seminar rooms,
one art studio and one music room each with a harmonious atmosphere
and a special ambience.

der grosse Seminarraum
Peacock Seminar Room

The large quiet seminar room is 62 square metres and is located in the left-wing of the house. Since being renovated, the original timber work and wooden beams have been restored, as has an oiled timber floor. This space feels very warm, open and clear and can also be used very flexibly.

Courtyard Seminar Room

The bright and friendly seminar room is 63 square meters with a high ceiling is located opposite of the main house. It has a almost square outline and is suited for dance and painting seminars or other similar events.

Riverview Seminar Room

The small seminar room of 35 square metres is on the second floor of the main part of the house. With a direct view of the Rhine the sunlight streams in through the period curtains. The lovely parquet floor also give a cosy and warm atmosphere.


The Riverview Seminar Room can be equipped with tables and chairs and is then especially suitable for conferences and meetings.

White-Dove Seminar Room

Facing the inner courtyard, the seminar room of 51 square metres is located on the first Floor of the wing. It is flooded with natural light due to its large windows. Equipped with wide plank flooring and timber-framed ceiling it invites to a more flexible use. From bodywork to rounds of talks it is well suited for smaller groups. A fireplace creates warmth in the winter months.

Art Studio

This atmospheric 51 suare metres Art Studio includes antique timber flooring, a timber-beam ceiling and running water. It is conveniently situated next to the Courtyard Seminar Room, allowing easy use of both spaces. Flooded with natural light, the Studio provides an inspiring space for creativity and artistic expression.

An idyllic courtyard with large walnut tree invites you to relax and just be.
It offers a space to breathe deeply with the calming sound of the fountain and the chorus of singing birds.
The Flow Fine Art Gallery within the house gives the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful painting, sculpture, photography and other art works in your free time.


Accommodation options include two 3-4 bed guestrooms, a freshly renovated 10 bed dormitory
or one of our comfortably furnished single or double rooms.

We also offer a kitchen for self-catering and space for tea breaks.
Facilities include a stove and oven, refrigerator, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.
If you wish, we are also able to provide tasty organic vegetarian meals.
Meals are served in the beautiful atmosphere of the art gallery, or when the weather is nice, outside under the walnut tree in the courtyard.

You can enjoy walks along the Rhine or in the Rhinepark just a step outside the front door
or catch a ferry to the other side of the river, where you find sandy beaches ideal for swimming. The Hitdorfer Lake is also only a ten minutes walk away.
