To create and experience your daily life more consciously is the invitation of Living in meditation. Meditation is not seperate from our daily lives - it is always available in each of our actions. In this second part of Living in meditation we will offer a range of interesting exercises which assist us to work and make contact with others in meditation. One to one counselling will also be available.
Meditating and sharing in a group is a wonderful support for your own meditation
practice. Living
in meditation 2 is a refresher, offering support and inspiration to
the participants of Living
in meditation 1, but also to any new participants.à
Parvati and Shakti live in the Open Sky House, a community in which we are regularly reminded to live spontaneously in the very moment. In the Open Sky House meditation is offered every day 7am and 5pm.
