Sound-Diving® combines the powerful energy amplification of crystal singing bowls with subtle suggestion from the human voice. All parts of our bodies are able to relax, let go, and open to energy, while our minds are brought totally into the here and now. Profound transformation is possible in this state of openness to our bodies' natural wisdom. Joy, lightness and play return to our beings. Sound-Diving® creates a vibrational field of love and unity which allows us to re-member our whole selves and our connection to all that exists.

Wavegarden creates unusual, powerful world music using crystal singing bowls, various kinds of flutes, zithers, voice, and tabla and other percussion. The earthy sounds of flute and percussion evoke Gaia; the crystal singing bowls and zithers, the Celestial... linked through love by human voice.

Carlos Michael has studied tabla with Tarun Banerjee. He discovered crystal singing bowls through his profession as a body worker, in which role he offers Hatha yoga, Shiatsu, Rebalancing, Pelvic Release, Dorn Method, Cranio-Sacral and Watsu therapies. In addition to the bowls, Carlos plays several autoharps.

LeAnn Eriksson started playing classical flute at the age of ten, and began learning wooden flute in 2003 through her long-running love affair with traditional Irish/Celtic music. She also plays bansuri (Indian bamboo flutes) and Irish whistles. LeAnn has played and sung in various folk, rock, and classical groups over the years, most recently as a member of the Irish traditional band Currach.

Shiatsu Workshops

Shiatsu meaning `finger pressure´ is a Japanese form of massage. Unlike in western massage the client wears his or her clothes and there is no massage oil used. Traditionally Shiatsu is practiced on a mattress on the floor.

The point of this technique is to increase the energy flow in the meridians which can be immediately felt as a balance of energy. This is the basis for health and well being.

Dieter Lütz is an experienced Shiatsu practitioner and the leader of the RSI
(Rhein-Ruhr Shiatsu Institute)

'Being in Love - Dancing with Life'

with Jan Day and Premananda

Fri 31.10 - Sun 2.11.2008

"Dancing with Life" is an opportunity to learn to trust the power of your heart, specially when you are open, sensitive, when you feel and are in contact.

170 €, if you book before 17.10, after that 190 €
+ 112 € for quality vegetarian food and accomodation in dormitory
or 132 € for food and accomodation in a 3 beds room.

One way or another, we are in our dance with life. How do you dance? Feel into the dance of your own life. As you do that, notice whether your dance is relaxed or stressful, do you have direction or purpose or do you float along like a leaf in the wind? Is it your dance or the dance you should be living (according to everyone and their cat)? Are you fully engaged with life or have you lost your way, or feel distracted or bored? Do you dance with passion and presence or are you struggling to find your vision and purpose?
Do you dance alone or in communion, connected with one, with many or with God?
Whatever it is, is it a dance of love? Are you in love with your dance?

In all your adventures:
How do you meet the unexpected adventures life brings you?
Do you live with an inner "yes" to life? or an inner "no"?
What conditions have you put on the dance? And what happens when those conditions are not met?
What happens when you fall over? What holes do you fall into again and again.

This workshop is an exploration that is designed to be both nurturing and challenging. It is an invitation to explore and reveal yourself and the patterns of your particular dance in life and also to extend out into feeling your soul's (heart's) deepest longing.

Satsang with Premananda shows you who you are not and brings you to your true nature. This weekend is the opportunity to let go of old structures and to open up to the flow of existence.

Jan lives in England and in Hawaii with her husband Frieder and has been teaching Art of Being® Workshops in Europe und USA since 1999. Her work is strongly influenced by her own life experiences and the themes of sexual healing, self-acceptance, forgiveness and loving kindness are central to her life and work.

British spiritual teacher Premananda is a messenger of his master Papaji (H.W.L. Poonja), a direct disciple of the Indian Saint Sri Ramana Maharshi. He travels all over Europe and gives Satsang and retreats, whereever he is invited.

The workshop is held in English with German translation.
